Today, Kim, Nick, Vic, Lizzie, KLo and I decided to embark on a rather ill-prepared romp into the forest, meaning, none of us were wearing proper footwear and Nick had his rather expensive camera in tow. More than that, we took it upon ourselves to exacerbate this discomfort by climbing up a river!

Tossing logs into rivers to use as stepping stones only to find the log moving; having to climb up wet, moss-ridden rocks in zero traction shoes; falling on our butts more than several times - it was a blitz, maybe one of the best hikes I’ve ever had. The picture captures it well eheheh
